Recognition Societies
Recognition societies honor those members of the Sunnyview family who provide a high level of annual support to the Hospital. As a member, you'll enjoy a number of benefits. That's our way of thanking and recognizing you for giving the Foundation the ability to fund our most pressing needs.
How do I become a member?
To join a recognition society, all you have to do is make an cumulative annual gift of $100 or more in a calendar year in support of the following societies.
- Alfred R. Warner, MD Society $100,000 and above
- Henry Yates Society $25,000 - $99,999
- Anastasia McConnell, RN Society $10,000 - $24,999
- William Gazeley, MD Society $ 5,000 - $ 9,999
- Robert S. Hoffman, MD Society $ 2,500 - $ 4,999
- Duryee Society $ 1,000 - $ 2,499
- Anna Electa Collins Society $ 500 - $ 999
- Ellis Rowe Society $ 100 - $ 499
Our Recognition Societies are named in honor of great philanthropists who have gone before us, yet whose generosity has made Sunnyview the institution that it is today. See Remembering Our Past.
Sunnyview also invites you to join the Legacy Society which provides donors with an opportunity to be recognized for their charitable intentions during their lifetime and also upon execution of their estate.

Alfred R. Warner, MD Society - $100,000 and above
- Local press release announcing gift (with your approval)
- Recognition dinner with the CEO and Foundation board chair as well as personal recognition at the dinner
